The Melbourne campus library is on Level 2, 120 Spencer St, Melbourne. It is accessible during campus opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 10.00 pm
Saturday: 8.30 am to 4.00 pm
You can get in-person assistance at the library desk during our staffed hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 4.15 pm
The print collection is available whenever the library is accessible.
You can borrow books using the self-check machine. You will need your student ID card to borrow.
You can return books using the return chute in the wall near the library entrance during campus opening hours (above). Please be aware it may take longer for books to be processed and removed from your library account, as we are quarantining items to ensure the safety of students and staff.
While the library is unstaffed, or if you are unable to come to the campus due to Covid-19, you can request items only available in print via Library Search and have them delivered to your home address within Australia. Students will be provided a prepaid envelope to return the items. This service is free, courtesy of the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). You will also be provided additional loan days for transit time.
Study rooms can be booked by current students and staff for 2 hours per day. Check availability and book online.
