What is EndNote?

EndNote is bibliographic management software that allows you to:

Organise references, pdfs and other files into a searchable database
Create a bibliography and in-text citations or footnotes in your document, with automatic formatting to your selected style

EndNote is most useful for researchers and research higher degree students who are collecting, storing, using and re-using a large number of references over an extended period of time to write journal articles, theses or books.

You will need to be familiar with your primary referencing style. EndNote cannot solve referencing problems for students who are not sure how to reference.
