Thinking about your topic

  • You are required to utilise a range of sources to find information for this topic. A range of sources is suggested on the accompanying pages, along with terms that will enable you to find relevant information more easily.

The encyclopedia and journal databases suggested are available online via the library website, and provide access to reliable and scholarly scientific information

  • Note: The keywords pharmacogenomics and pharmacogenetics are used almost interchangeably in the literature.  There is a slight difference between the two, as you will discover when you begin your research, but you will find more information if you include both terms in your searches.
(A brief explanation of terms can be found on the Pharmacogenomics fact sheet)
